This privacy policy applies to the AksjeFiks website and app. Idegranen Invest AS is the controller responsible for the processing of personal data described here.
AksjeFiks does not require sign-in and currently has no user accounts or payments.
Portfolio and transaction data
AksjeFiks processes your portfolio locally in your browser. Files you open are read on your computer, and their contents are not uploaded to AksjeFiks. When you save the portfolio, a file is created on your computer.
The portfolio remains only in the browser’s memory while the app is in use. AksjeFiks does not store portfolio, account, or transaction data on our servers.
When the app retrieves exchange rates, the currency and date range are sent directly from your browser to the Norges Bank API. The request does not contain portfolio, account, security, quantity, or amount data. Norges Bank may receive technical data normally included in a web request, such as your IP address.
Local browser storage
The app stores your language and theme choices in your browser’s local storage. This information does not leave your computer and can be removed by clearing the site’s data in your browser.
We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregated information about visits and page performance, such as pages viewed, referring sites, country, device and browser type, and loading times. According to Cloudflare, the service does not use cookies or local storage for analytics, does not track individual visitors over time, and does not collect or use visitors’ personal data. Technical data when you visit the service
The website and app are delivered through Cloudflare. When you visit the service, Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address, the time of the request, the requested URL, browser type, and network traffic information. This is necessary to deliver and protect the service and to detect and resolve technical errors.
The processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable service. Technical data is retained only for as long as it is needed for these purposes and in accordance with the settings and terms of Cloudflare’s services.
Cloudflare may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Cloudflare describes its safeguards for international transfers in its Data Processing Addendum. For more information, see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
When you contact us
If you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We use the information to answer your question, provide support, and follow up on the matter.
The processing is normally based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and providing support. If your enquiry concerns a contract, the processing may instead be necessary to enter into or perform that contract. Correspondence is deleted when it is no longer needed, normally no later than twelve months after the matter is closed, unless it must be retained for longer due to a legal requirement or dispute.
Your rights
You may have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data. You may also have the right to request restriction, object to processing, or receive data in a portable format. The rights that apply depend on the processing and its legal basis.
Contact us if you wish to exercise any of your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
